Awake Craniotomy is a technique by which brain surgeries are performed especially in important brain regions where any damage may lead to major impact on patient's physical condition. Here we had operated this patient of large brain tumour at lifeline hospital Azamgarh. With the blessings of God and wishes of all of you we resected his tumour completely in full awake condition.
